Her professional background includes roles in property and finance across Sydney, as well as international experience working in global markets.

    Outside of work, Carly and her husband have renovated multiple homes, giving her a practical, hands-on understanding of what it takes to turn property ambitions into reality. At Specialist Broking, Carly blends technical know-how with real-world insight to help clients achieve property goals that are both strategic and personal.

Christine Ong

Head of Credit and Lending

We seem to have a thing for multiskilled people, and Christine is no different. From working in occupational therapy to leading 100-person mortgage teams, Christine ensures every client’s experience is smooth, structured and stress-free.

  • Christine’s career spans both healthcare and financial services, reflecting her ability to bring empathy and structure to every role she takes on. She began her professional life in occupational therapy, developing a client-first mindset and strong organisational skills. Moving into finance, she went on to lead large-scale mortgage teams of more than 100 staff, giving her the ability to manage complexity without losing sight of individual client needs.

    At Specialist Broking, Christine brings that balance of care and precision to ensure each client’s experience is smooth, stress-free and tailored to their goals.

Cassandra Anstee

Head of Client Service and Compliance

With a background in real estate and as Emirates cabin crew in Dubai, Cassandra goes the extra mile to ensure each client’s experience is seamless and successful.

  • Cassandra brings a rare mix of international service experience and real estate knowledge to Specialist Broking. Having worked as cabin crew for Emirates in Dubai, she developed an eye for detail and a standard of care that translates directly into her work with clients. Her time in real estate gave her practical insight into the property market, helping clients prepare for each step of their journey with confidence.

    At Specialist Broking, Cassandra ensures that every client interaction is seamless, professional and personalised, supporting both brokers and clients through the lending process with precision and care.

Alison Dunn Jones

Director of Strategy and Operations

Alison brings two decades' experience leading strategy, communications and change across healthcare, education and business consulting. She enjoys solving complex problems, strengthening organisations and building partnerships that create lasting value for clients, communities and industry.

  • At Specialist Broking, Alison leads strategy, operations and communications, helping shape the business's direction while ensuring clients experience a thoughtful, collaborative and genuinely relationship-driven service. She oversees Specialist Broking's community initiatives, including its five-year commitment to CareFlight's pilot training.

    Alison has worked across healthcare, consulting, education and the not-for-profit sector. Her work includes major public health campaigns, healthcare redesign, leadership development, critical incident management and behaviour change initiatives. She has worked with organisations including Queensland Health, Sydney Airport, Amazon, Bupa and major pharmaceutical companies, as well as Indigenous education not-for-profits, giving her a broad perspective on how people and workplaces navigate change. That experience continues to shape how Specialist Broking supports clients through the milestones, transitions and opportunities in their careers, businesses and financial lives.

    Alison is currently completing a Master of Health Management and Leadership, specialising in disaster management. Outside work, her favourite things are spending time with her husband and four children, playing netball and scuba diving.

At Specialist Broking, we acknowledge the world’s oldest continuous culture.

With Daniel’s background as a pilot and Alison’s experience in Indigenous education, we’ve journeyed across the eastern seaboard; from the Eora Nation in Sydney to the lands of the Yirrgandji people in Cairns, the Kombumerri people on the Gold Coast, and the Biripi people of the Mid North Coast.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging in these regions and across this beautiful country.
